Its difficult to compare without requirements, but I think (as TrackStudio vendor) that
1) ADTWE has much better reporting capabilities. We plan to improve reports in 2.7 (May, 2003)
2) ADTWE is a Windows/ASP .NET-based solution, TS is a Java-based cross-platform solution.
3) We has better email notification and email submit options
4) TS has Open API that allows you integrate our software with other tools.
5) ADTWE costs $299/user and no source code available, for our pricing check http://www.trackstudio.com/products-epricing.html

You can try TrackStudio online, no software installation required.
