My admin role has the manage turned on. Is there a setting on the server or in workflow or category that needs to also be on?
If not I'll work on getting the database to you. What is the best way to do that?

Yes, please send me (maximkr@gmail.com) anonymized database backup, you can implement it with sman
Also I need description how to replicate the problem (user login, task #, etc)

Is sman a function in the server piece? I don't do the server stuff so I need to know to ask the other person the right thing.
