Strange behavior on task description edit

Postby sellingerd » Tue Mar 06, 2012 1:01 pm

We are working on trackstudio host 4.0.16 with FireFox and Chrome.

I have a co-worker who has edited a task to change the description. Having made the change, when he consults the task he sees the original description (not the changed description). Thinking that it must have not taken the change, he opened the task again for edit and changes it is again. When its is saved this time he then sees the text that he type with his original change (not his second change). He tells me that in order to make a change, he has to edit (save) the text twice. Is this possible? :?

Thank you for any help you can give us with this problem.

It looks like problems with database session.
Can you repeat this problems?

I just added a new task recently (78818) When I looked at it the description was missing. I opened it for edit and I could see the description. After I saved I could see the description. I have a co-work who says it only saves every other time you edit and that is the behavior I am seeing.
