Some E-mail notifications not working

We use a lot of e-mail notifications from TrackStudio. Some weeks ago some of them stopped working. We checked and compared and cannot see why some have stopped while others continue to work perfectly. We are using version 4.0.18. Not having these e-mails is really reducing the effectiveness of TS. What can we do to fix this?

Hello, Simon! We had the same problem because of bad mail templates. Be sure that you update them during TrackStudio update.

All e-mails use the same template, but there are plenty of merge fields to adapt it to the different situations. We will test with a blank template the proceed according to results. Thank-you for the reply.

We tried a blank template. This did not solved the problem.

We required anonymous database backup + your templates + how to replicate. Can you send them to maximkr@gmail.com ?
