Create a filter with "Display operation history: Last 3 operations".
Up to 3 operations per task are shown, but a random 3 operations are shown, not the most recent 3.

"14 days and less" means "14 days and before". Changed it to "14 days and after" and it works as expected.

If the manager wants to view statistics (for instance, how much time the developers spent on high-priority tasks last week, what project took most time last year, how much time has been spent on testing tasks), it is possible to build a report and all information will be displayed in any form (MS Word/csv/text/html/pdf/etc.) with diagrams. We have different reports for statistics (check for worktime report, distribution report), most of them are html/pdf.
You can also export plain csv data using list report and process them using Excel.
